Minimum Qualifications:

​

- At least 18 years of age

- High School Diploma or equivalent

-12 completed units of coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE), including 3 units in:

  1.  Child Development

  2.  Family and Community

  3.  Curriculum/Program

and any other ECE equivalent class​

 - 6 months of experience working in a licensed child care facility or comparable group with children under the age of 5. (preferred)

- Must be able to pass a Child Abuse Index, Fingerprint Scan, and Background Check (Live Scan) with FBI and DOJ on file with Community Care Licensing or ability to obtain clearance.
